    I am delighted with this embroidery floss. It makes even the satin stitch live up to the name. I’ve used it to embroider baby bibs, blankets, and even tiny shirts and it washes very well. I usually use and still like DMC floss because it is so available and I do like it. But a friend recommended this because she thinks it has a bit more sheen and silken feel. Because hand embroidery is a personal investment, I think this thread is worth the extra effort and tiny extra expense to obtain.

    This is labeled as Anchor floss but it is manufactured in India and the colors are a not an exact match to the Anchor floss manufactured in Germany and distributed in American needlework stores. The quality is nice so if exact match isn’t an issue for you, this is a great buy.
